Tae Bo

Tae Bo is a form of an exercise that combines exercise to music and martial arts movements. The name is derived from a combination of two words Tae (short for tae kwan do) and bo (short for boxing). It involves moves such as kicking, punching, jabbing, interval training, toning, stretching and balance exercises.
