Yoga
We work with dynamic and physically challenging yoga exercises taken from the Ashtanga Yoga. These exercises are characterized by the use of vinyasa, which means that we create a flow of movement between the individual positions, combined with focus on breathing and in specific body positions.
This creates an internal body heat and increases blood circulation. The combination of breathing, body locks and exercises will firm you up and make you strong.
These exercises also help you to increase your concentration and can in many ways give you a mental experience. In addition, you also learn to let go of tension and stress related symptoms.
Everyone is welcome to join. The class takes place once a week in the evening.
